Default Win/Win/Win

Hi Paul,

One thing I've learned from Gordon is the importance of a WIN/WIN/WIN philosophy.

That means, think, not only how do YOU win, but also how do OTHERS win too?

So, in this case, if someone helps you out, how will they win? What do they get out of it?

You've noticed with the things I've written up here, I've always tried to think WIN/WIN/WIN....

I want everyone to win. It's the way that YOU can succeed too.... You succeed, and you also help others to succeed as well....

That way, people WANT to help, because they will benefit too. What benefits are you offering to those who help you?

Now, I'm not saying you haven't thought of this, since you may have and I just don't know about it.... (I don't know the history of your offer....)

I like to try to put myself in the other person's shoes. If you were them, why would YOU help out, especially since this will probably COST you something -- your TIME. To many people, time is more important than money.

You might want to think about offering someone a Joint Venture, where you share the benefits in some way.... (Of course, maybe that is what you're doing already and I just don't realize it....)

You may have thought about this, but I thought I'd mention this in case you hadn't....

Best of luck, :)
