You're absolutely right! It's totally about focus and balance. I found your idea of life planning interesting. I've never really thought of it that way although I guess I really have because I'm aware of and have used those exercises where you "project" yourself into the future and imagine what you've accomplished. Then you create the plan to fulfill that future.
