Hi Gordon,

That reminds me of something...

A person I know likes to buy property. One thing he loves is buying from people who recently inherited the property, such as if they inherited from a relative who recently passed away...

He likes this, because it's likely the sellers don't know what they're doing. They don't know the value of the property, and they're not experienced at negotiating. (They are not the ones who bought the property in the first place.)

So he loves these types of situations... Because he can often buy the property at a discount...

The divorce thing reminded me of that, because I imagine, in some cases, this also happens in divorces. Sometimes, a divorcee just wants to get rid of something, and may not know much about it - because it was bought by their ex-spouse...

Some might feel uncomfortable about this, but I mention it because it's true, and it's good to deal in truth...!

Best wishes,

Dien
