Default sometimes we forget.......

That the key to be successful is between the ears.

I'm an anvid tennis player. In fact I've played since I was six years old. Lately after coming back to playing after a heart attack I haven't been the same player mentally.

Looking for some info on defeating the "mental me". I discovered a book that not only helped me with my tennis game but with dealing with "my dang brain".

Even if you don't play a sport, check out this book.

I found out about this book from this guy...... Read what he said about it.

In his blog....

"My music teacher saw my struggles and handed me a book- The Inner Game of Tennis, by Tim Gallwey. He told me to ignore the fact that the book had nothing to do with music and to take the philosophy to heart."

Great read!
