Yes, I have his book lying around somewhere. I actually have two copies - two different editions, I think. (Unfortunately, a lot of my books are stored away at the moment...)
As Gordon said, he was very successful in the catalog mail-order business.
Gerardo Joffe passed away in 2018, at the age of 98...
