As usual... Awesome post!

I think your advice to approach people with something similar to what they are ALREADY doing - just slightly different (such as from a different culture, industry, or country) is brilliant...

Sometimes you can get better ways of doing things from other cultures... I know a Vietnamese lady who gets her toast out of the toaster - by using wooden chopsticks! (No burnt fingers! And no risk of electrocution!)

I also now do it that way too, sometimes... Though I also sometimes use the "burnt fingers" method...!

I did read Richard Koch's the 80/20 Principle many, many years ago... (I was a strapping young lad then, rather than the wizened old hunchback I am now...) But I should probably pick it up and read it again...
