Just had to share a recent success.

I've been working on a New Program dealing with..."Placing Ads on the Back of "Listing Sheets" (the sheets RE agents use to help sell their properties)... AND.... I discovered that, since the Real Estate Market is REALLY tightening up...RE agents are VERY INTERESTED IN...."OTHER PLACES TO ADVERTISE THEIR PROPERTIES".

They have Real Estate Magazines and Newspapers...which have become pretty expensive AND...ALL their competition are in these also....

Sooo....I put on my "Thinking Cap" and came up with...

"LISTING BOARDS"!

I've put Ads on MANY different types of "Display Boards" I've created and built... WHY DON'T I PUT "REAL ESTATE LISTING SHEETS" ON DISPLAY BOARDS AND PLACE THESE BOARDS IN PLACES WHERE LOTS OF PEOPLE WILL SEE THEM????

AND....only offer this to a handful of the HUNDREDS of RE agents in every town?

Sooo....I made up a Sample Board and took it around to some of the locations I thought would be good for "Real Estate Listings" and....THREE locations said, "LET'S DO IT!"

I then showed my Sample Board to a few RE agents and the owner of 2 RE offices and....WHALA! I got the spaces FILLED on my first 3 Boards, in 2 days.

I'm now making up the actual Boards to install.

From all indications THIS could be my BEST Money-Maker...ever.

The things I like about "Display Boards" are;
1) You "set 'em and forget 'em"! No heavy printing or graphics bill. Just install 'em and THEY do ALL THE WORK for you.
2) They keep bringing in moolah.
and...
3) By choosing the niche market of "Real Estate AGENTS"...the number of "PROSPECTS" IS HUGE! If 1 says, "No Thanks!"...there's a hundred more behind him.



Sooo....just by using a few EXTRA "Brain Cells"...AND...TAKING ACTION...I was able to create "something outa nothing".

YOU can do the same! Just "keep yer "marketing eyes" OPEN!
