Hi,

The easiest way (especially for a large list) is to use a paid solution...

Some companies which offer these services (for a fee) are...
If you have a list of thousands of people, I would only use one of the above options (or other similar services). The reason why is they help to make sure that you are not "blacklisted", they help make sure you are compliant with the law, and have many other sophisticated features.

If your needs are less sophisticated, you could use some of the following options...

You could install software on your website or computer to send out email.

One option you can install on your website is
Another option which you can install on your computer is
(I have used some, but not all, of the above solutions I listed, so I can't give advice on which one might be right for you...)

Finally, if your needs are extremely simple, any email program will do, and you could even do it with Gmail.

When sending out any kind of email like this, you must make sure you comply with the law. The penalties for not complying (e.g. by "spamming" people) are very high.

The relevant law is the CAN-SPAM law. You can read more about it here...

http://business.ftc.gov/documents/bu...guide-business

The penalties for violation of this law are very high (more info at the link above)... So it pays to be aware!

It is not hard to comply with CAN-SPAM, but read the above link for more details.

Here we go with another question for all. I have a list of subscribers on my gmail account. I wish to send an email to all at once. Of course 1 by 1 is a challenge. 1) can you with gmail list the individual name or does it have to be SUBSCRIBER 2) how can you email on To, cc, or bcc and not have the whole list of recipients showing.
Can anyone help me?
If you put people's email addresses in the "BCC" section, they won't be able to see anyone else's email address. They'll only see your email address, and their own email address.

What some people do is put their own email address in the "To" section (so you are emailing yourself), then put everyone else's email address in the "BCC" section.

I hope that helps!

Best wishes,

Dien
