Smokeless tobacco was banned federally in Australia back in 1991.
If people want to engage in risky behavior by using tobacco what business is it of mine, yours or the governments?
Going from birth to death without taking a risk like smoking a cig at least once is a pretty lame one.
I'm not for limiting any choices anyone makes unless it interferes with me or my loved ones and only then would I consider sticking my nose into their business.
But that is what government is good at isn't it?
