Recently, I have seen a number of discussions on various board discusssing the efficacy of Multi-Level Marketing (MLM).

From the questions, and responses, I have seen, there is a great deal of misunderstanding on the subject ... so, I went back into my archives and found an article I wrote on the subject about 5 years ago. -- Unfortunately, it is too long to post here ... about 22K.
