FREE Podcasting services... Create your podcast by phone!

I just found out about these services, and I thought some people might be interested... I haven't tried them out myself yet.

Podcasting is another word for creating audio files to be distributed via the internet. Some are structured a bit like "audio blogs" - that is, they're like a blog, except they are audio instead of written...

Anyway, these services let you create a podcast with just a telephone call and speaking into the phone! The first 2 listed below are free, and the last has a free trial...

Has anyone used any of these? If so, what did you think of them?

But not necessarily all Free.
