Does anyone know this? (re: non-profit orgs)...

If I set up a non-profit (501 c 3 ?),
can I pay myself a % of the income, or does it have to be a fix salary?

Well, I think a percentage is better as then you grow along with your NGO. And then there's an incentive for growth.
