I couldn't have said it better myself. As for your comments on your age, many people find this as their second career, supplementing their Social Security and pension. There is no "gray" barrier, so the door is open to anyone from 19 to 90. And it can be worked full or part-time, or even seasonally.

And yes, I do some mentoring, although I don't have a formal program. I assist my associates with general industry info, product searches, sources for Rush orders, etc. The more effort they put into growing their business, the more assistance and advice I'll give them.
