Skip shows how he uses a piece of software to make it easy to find stuff to sell, his automated system pretty much forces you to pay attention to potentially profitable deals.

I’ve been using this software as well as other software in my chatteling efforts. Skip gives you his list in his report, I’m going to give you my list here and now.

However, it must come with the caveat, I mostly use dollars in my searches, but these are the things I search for with Skip’s method.

Panasonic, EdenPure,Breville, Champion, Cuisinart, VitMix, KitchenAid, Keurig, Haier.

Plug these names into the software and use my dollar amounts and you’ll see how easy it is to pick up and then Resell these hot items.

Now about selling.USE your superior knowledge of marketing to sell stuff you find. I search for things that DO NOT have pics, cause some people just don’t know how to post them…if it is a decent piece, I KNOW I can use pics, and with some FREE pic hosting, like Photobucket…

YOU can create a better craigslist ad. Give them a REASON to call you.

Thank you for giving us your list of hot items.

Using dollar amounts is a great way to control your bankroll and just find items that are within your budget. The software I use allows you to just put the "Min" and "Max" in and it will ALERT you to the items within those dollar amounts. That way if you only have $100 to invest you will only see the items that are priced under $100.

But there is a way to get FREE items before anyone else. You can put "curb alert" into the software and it will bring back all the free stuff that people are giving away. Some of this stuff is very valuable.

I got a notice the other day for a curb alert that was just posted minutes before. I called because along with the tables, chairs, dressers, etc there was a sewing machine. Since I was the first to call and went and picked it up right away (less then a mile from my house) I got a sewing machine that I can sell for $125 any day of the week. SWEET!!
