![]() Here is a link to an older report I did with Steve DiMarco.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/jxqe3fxdyz...0Cow..pdf?dl=0 I think a couple of you might find some decent INFORMATION in it. Speaking of Absentee Cash Cows. So, my little city (50,000) of Cuyahoga Falls, is hopping this June. Last week thousands attended the Irish Festival. On Monday nites we have a weekly car show, antiques and muscle cars, people come from all over for that. Last night, which has to do with Absentee Cash Cows, had our Rockin on Friday, several thouand more downtown...and right now, on a Sat. Morn, a 5k Benefit Race for kids with cancer, and hundreds of runners on the street, followed by a festival for the kids. We are finally a local destination location, here is a link to our summer schedule. And in a moment, why you might care. https://www.downtowncf.com/events So last night, I walked down early before the crowds came, and saw one of those little photo booths. I did some asking, seems the City with the Downtown Partnership chipped in, as they do for a lot of things, and purchased this fun little kiosk for the event at a 500 dollar price. The girl "manning" the booth, which was just the camera, didn't know much about it, but she was getting 20 bucks an hour for the four hours to be there to help people use it. OWNER, absent and unaccounted for, got 500, paid girl 80, and she said she was booked for most of the Summer on Weekends, all in Northeast Ohio. In Steve's report, he tells us of his Nut Warmers placed at golf courses, and he would service them once a week. Actually, I found about 5 kiosks last nite, that were being paid help run, in other words, at least 5 people were ABSENTEE owners doing something else. Now what I like about the photo kiosk, is, THEY paid him to be there (assuming it is a him)...where the other vendors paid the City/Group to be there. SEE? How great to have something fun and FREE for your events, at what amounts to a very low cost. Believe me, 500 bux isn't breaking anyone's budget. Because my little city spent a lot of money, and in spite of the two year Covid ghost towns...we are SurThriving, and these festivals, events, and getting people downtown has been a real boom for business, and a real boon for the Entrepreneur, even if she is an absentee owner. Good stuff happening, cash in on it or join in the fun. Gordon PS. I never reveal sales numbers, but since ONE person has said he bought the Secret Path report on the forum (thanks Glenn O.)...you all know I sold at least one, and he overpaid an extra 2 bux...I need a few thousand more Glenns. But on Thursday, when I woke up, I had NO plan to sell anything or make any offers, it was only because of the heat wave, that I sat in my AC and went through a bunch of files I haven't looked at in years. So, I found the Jimmy Krug report, read my license, where I agreed I wouldn't sell it for less than 8 dollars and made it available to you all. Well, those who bought it know, the rest of you know for certain I sold ONE, and that 10 bux was like magick, it, along with any other sales I might have made...if any...just suddenly appeared in my PayPal account. Poof. Magick. And I have to think it was less effort than the guy who had to lug his camera downtown and pick it up yesterday...so I guess these old INFORMATION products make me sort of an ABSENTEE OWNER, where all I have to do is mention it here, certainly ain't going to bother with a promotion for Secret Path...just a mention, not much of an offer, being a wannabee copywriter and all...just a mention. And magically money flies into my paypal account. What a great time to be DOING things (other than chopping wood, sickling the tall grass, or baking one's self in the hot sun...he.he G.O.) Consider setting up an ABSENTEE CASH COW, or in lieu of that, own some Intellectual Property rights which can bring in money out of thin air. Sweet as fresh sickled hay. Without the workout (which I probably really need). Gordon Also, none of the offers at the end are available, this is several years old report. Last edited by GordonJ : June 18, 2022 at 10:08 AM. |
