Gordon

There is very little information on how the internet can really *help* offline SME's get business

Web sites, in general, have failed them in this regard (recent data in the UK states that 95% of SMR sites have failed to make any money)

I have been researching this area for a while

So what are the successful internet strategies that are working for small offline businesses?

I think this is a key question that web site designers and experts are continually failing to address (with the exception of Linda Carrol...I caused a stir last time I mentioned this-:)

Thanks for asking

Also when is you Masters masterpeice ready to be rolled out?

Regards
Andy

Where may this "data" be viewed?

Michael

SME in the UK is an often used abbreviation over here for Small and Medium Sized Enterprise.

I am surprised it is not a world standard, but this highlights cultural differences we often take for granted when we communicate over the net

SMR is a typo and reminds me of a scene from the Simpsons...'your fingers are too fat to dial from this phone...please replace the handset':-)

As for the data I have reasons for wanting to send you that privately ..I'll dig it out and send you an email

Regards
Andy
