There you have the SQUARE ONE WORKSHOPS. They've been around for awhile, now maybe they make more sense to some of you.
On another forum someone said he was totally lost, had no idea where to begin.
You begin with the map of possibility, and cross out the things you know for sure you DON'T want. Then you build a list, put it in the binary matrix and PRIORITIZE.
The pictgogrigms (pictogram plus a paradigm) are visual cues. They show you the how.
Just some silly little stick figures some would say. But they are what they are.
