Exactly! He gets a lot of inventory (I know that you already realize this) just by people who know him for what he does. And from people he sees out there selling their goods on a daily basis.
I am still working this part time since I work at a University (which I love), and am fortunate enough to have my two college age kids getting tuition reimbursement because of this. However, in three years I want to flip full time. I enjoy it, and enjoy meeting people from it.
