Hi, I would really stay away from these e-mail lists. Sending your offer to those on these lists would be considered spamming. You need to have a potential subscriber opt in to your list before you can send them e-mail. Most marketers use a double opt in verification to make sure that this person wants to be on your list.
Unfortunately, these lists that are circulating around on the internet will just waste your money and there's really zero tolerance these days if your accused of spamming.
If it's to good to be true it most likely is just that.
It's better to find legitimate ways to build a list and if it is a highly targeted list it will most likely be much more responsive than a huge list of subscribers that have no interest in what you have to offer.
