Actually Ken, there WAS a winner. :)
The 9/13 draw was 460. One of the picks was 046. $40.
And, the IL folks that have the FULL system are hitting at least once a week, sometimes 2 & 3.

046 was not one of the numbers. I'm just wondering if I should have played the numbers for Bob.
