All too often I've felt like I'm the only one who knows these sort of techniques are beings used daily like you said by the government and other institutions.

But I just attributed that to my paranoia.

Hmm, I never thought of that. Email me if you have a certain site in mind as a good example. I'd be very curious to see. I'll try to check it out on my own too.
