Au Contrare!

I've been dealing with hotels since 1980....Providing FREE stuff that "help" their guests and make the Hotels "look good"!

ALL based on a Handshake!

If a Hotel wants to drop me....they'll do it NO MATTER what kind of "Contract" I have!

Case in Point: I gave my "Restaurant Menu Guides" program to a guy in Niagara Falls and told him NOT to ask the Managers to "Sign" a Contract. Instead, he paid a lawyer to make up an "Agreement".

I phoned him after his 1st day and he told me; "Wow! It went GREAT... they LOVED the program!" When I asked "How many he
"got an OK from".... he said; "They all told me they'd have to check with their Regional Mgr or...someone else...when he whipped out his Legal Form!.... result being....NO Hotels!

So....2 things I know;
1) Contracts "scare" the Managers
2) If my program is providing a service for their Guests....they KEEP it! (Out of over 200 hotels since 1980....NOT ONE asked me
to "get out"...although I have had Hotels go out of biz or sell to a large chain which I couldn't deal with)

The "what ifs" keep my competition low or nil!
