Here's a golden rule of negotiation....

I've never sold a domain name, but for what it's worth, here's what I suggest....
I recommend that you first ask them to make you an offer. How much will they offer for it? To my understanding, it usually puts you in a stronger position if they make the first offer....
After that, then see where you want to take it....
This is a basic rule in negotiation, to my understanding. Firstly, it at least gives you an idea of how much they are willing to pay. And secondly, if you name a price, it might be way below what they are willing to pay -- but you would never know if you made the first offer....
Anyhow, that's what I would do. However, I've never sold a domain name (nor tried to), it is just some general negotiation advice I've picked up....
