Yup.....when Home Buyers left the "Closing Table" they were handed a Book that could HELP THEM plan & arrange to MOVE INTO their New HOME!
You Kiddin' me! Do YOU realize the AWESOME POWER of this? Would a Carpet Cleaner or Painter or Interior Decorator or Pest Control or Plumber or Remodeler or Landscaper or whatever biz would like to contact Home Buyers BEFORE THEY MOVE IN!!!!!
Anyways.....I got GREAT response from local biz when I did this.

Of course, any retailer would love to get their hot little promotions in the hands of New Home Buyers, so they can come to the stores and start to establish their buying patterns! It's a promotion which, for them, would in most cases pay off for YEARS to come...!
And as for weddings... People spend thousands of dollars. Who wouldn't want a slice of that kind of money?!
