So.....because my "Telephone/Address" WEDDING Book was so well received I put together another "Address" Book for NEW HOME BUYERS!

So....I made up a Demo Book, based on my Wedding Book and....went to a "TITLE COMPANY" and got their Permission to HAND MY "WELCOME BOOK" TO HOME BUYERS.....RIGHT AFTER CLOSING THE DEAL!.....as a GIFT from the Title Co

Thus....people who have JUST FINALIZED (Closed) on the Deal to Purchase a House.....would be HANDED a "Telephone/Address" Book with...

Yup.....when Home Buyers left the "Closing Table" they were handed a Book that could HELP THEM plan & arrange to MOVE INTO their New HOME!

You Kiddin' me! Do YOU realize the AWESOME POWER of this? Would a Carpet Cleaner or Painter or Interior Decorator or Pest Control or Plumber or Remodeler or Landscaper or whatever biz would like to contact Home Buyers BEFORE THEY MOVE IN!!!!!
