When Combined with the book Version of Napoleon Hills Course, "Law of Success" You Have The POWER to do near Miracles. FOR EXAMPLE: *Think & Grow Rich* - ONE IDEA - "Go The Extra Mile "Law of Success" - ONE SALES STORY - About a Newby who became #1 in sales BY TALKING TO PROSPECTS ABOUT WHAT ***THEY LOVED***- Trained by Napoleon Hill. One of Literally 100,000 - selling "Securities" So many QUIT Dr Hill had to Train THOUSANDS each week. (I LOVE THIS - In the "Law of Success" Book Dr Hill INSULTS the Reader! Out of 100,000 Salespeople Dr Hill was The ONLY ONE to Ask the #1 Star SECURITIES Salesman, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?") MY Situation: Jake, My Realtor Client, had paid 25K to join a Group of Realtors on a Radio Program. AFTER he paid. Our Research Showed a DISASTER. (Jake had Bought HOT AIR. The sound of his own Voice - NOT Reaching his Customer Base of Home owners and Prospects.) Late to the Game. The "New Guy" without any POWER. What to do? A - The other Realtors were Talking about Topics HIS Home Buyers and Sellers IN His Area - didn't Care About. B - The other Realtors were Talking about Real Estate BELOW His Prospects Price Point. C - There was NO PLAN. NO LEADER. The man who S*old everybody the 25K Radio Spot was Not Doing any HANDS ON Work. No Control of The Topics Discussed. Jake got LIED to. ========= ========= BUT - WHAT IF - My Client and I Went The EXTRA MILE. Wrote a Series of SCRIPTS for Each Show. Topics Backed up by Industry Surveys (To show the other Realtors) . But TARGETED to JAKE's (My Clients) - Customer niche? Since none of the other Realtors were TRACKING Response. We Could Get ALL the other Realtors to HELP Market to JAKES Niche - instead of their own. AND WHAT IF - We BLINDFOLDED the other Millionaire Realtors. By writing The Script so Each REALTOR could Talk about what Part of Real Estate THEY ENJOYED MOST? (But within Jakes NICHE - not their own.) AND, of Course. We depended on Their LAZINESS. (If we wrote the weekly Script they didn't have to do a Lick of Work.) RESULT? Jake was able to INSTANTLY credential Himself to Prospects. More leads. More Sales. BEFORE You Say, "That's DESPICABLE, Glenn." Please Remember that My Client, JAKE, Got TAKEN for 25GRAND. Promised A Big Financial Benefit from Joining an EXCLUSIVE Realtor - Radio Show. SO.
