Gordon, I think some BEACH time would do wonders.... :)

(This is Manly Beach, in Sydney - a place I used to go sometimes when I lived there.... From this web site....)

(The very majestic Twelve Apostles.... a couple hours drive from where I live now, in Melbourne, Australia.... From this web site....)

You're right, sometimes you just need to "get away" to clear the mind and re-invigorate yourself!

I enjoyed the story too.... Thanks, I agree it's true! We do "burden" ourselves with lots of unneeded "stuff" sometimes....

By the way, this ties in with the meditation approach I mentioned too.... "Letting go" of these images is also an approach to lightening the burden, at least for a while....

Gordon, I believe you've hit the nail on the head here (regarding a particular offline activity I'm doing....) After reading your post and the others, I think I've zeroed in on this particular activity.....

YES! One thing I've really LOVED about your writings, Gordon, is that not only do you have great advice, but you know the reasons WHY behind the advice too.... :)

I can imagine walking there now too, as we did when I visited last year.... Especially with the soothing sound of the Cuyahoga Falls in the background.... :)

Gordon, terrific advice, and thank you also for explaining the deep wisdom behind it.... And showing how this wisdom truly is captured in the SQ1 Pictogrigms!

Thanks! :)
