INSANE means - AC on in one room - heat on in another

INSANE Means - Windows open in one room. Heat on in another.

INSANE Means - Junk Piled in front of Fin Tube Water Heat around room. THEN COMPLAIN No heat.

INSANE MEANS - Students in 2700 Units - Flip Thermostat Off or To lowest
Setting for Christmas Holidays. And then Come back to Frozen Pipes and Water running out from under your door.

FUNNY STORY -

I am Walking with a Maintenance Man. Down Sidewalk. I hear an odd Sound. Walk over to an Apartment door. Say, "OPEN IT. I hear something."

Charles Says, "I don't hear anything."

Opens the white metal door.

A Stream of Hot Water shoots past our faces. The Hot water Pipe Burst. Drilled
Thru The Boiler room wall. And was Drumming against the Entrance door.

How I Cut My Home Electric Bill
from 153 to 35.00 a Month &
Shut off my Furnace Too.

#1 - Unscrewed outside Flood Lights (Motion Detectors were helping the deer Eat my Tomatoe plants.)

#2 - Replaced all light Bulbs with LEDs

#3 - Replaced Fluorescent Tubes with LEDs

#4 - Installed Motion Detectors (Light shut off when I leave the room)

#5 - Shut off Water Heater. (Clicker unit turns on from Upstairs when I want to take a shower)

#6 - Cheap Solar Lamps (Designed to light African Desert Huts)

#7 - Solar Fans (Blow hot air off ceiling)

#8 - Bread machine

#9 - Small Oven (much cheaper than Huge old oven)

#10 - Single Burner Heat unit (Old Surface Cook Top Eats Juice)

#11 - Solar oven (Test Failed. Best on The Market EXPLODED)

#12 - Tornado hit. No electricity for 8 days. Cooking on Porch. Then inside Fireplace with Rocket Stove And Tree Twigs.

#13 - All Neighbors Pipes Froze. Power outage. And Below Zero. I burned Wood. I keep a wood Pile covered for Emergencies.

#14 - I shut off my Furnace.

#15 - Installed Thermostat Plugs in Bathrooms. (Plugged into Small Heat Boards.)

#16 - Shut doors to Central Area of House. Living/Dining room, Kitchen & Fireplace area. Plugged in Convection (No moving parts) Heaters. (Lower cost than All other Space heaters)

#17 - Looking into Insulation to Put in Basement Ceiling. To keep my Main Room Floor Warmer. Should Drop my Bill even Lower.

(EDITORS NOTE. Parts of California & Canada Already using TIME OF DAY BILLING which will Raise Electric Bill by 500% And More. 5 Times 35 is Better than my Neighbors 500 a Month - which will jump to 2500.00 a Month.)
