![]() I've recently been looking at a web site about how many of us apparently don't drink enough water.... According to these claims, many of us are dehydrated and many illnesses in fact stem from that.
Since reading this, I've been increasing my water intake (and adding a little bit of salt to the water too, in fact).... I'm an asthmatic, but now (and this is really true) my asthma is practically all gone. I don't seem to require taking my "asthma pump" now (which I used to take when I got short of breath). By the way, I'm also taking a beta carotene supplement as well, which I think also helps.... I've been taking the beta carotene for quite a long time, which improved things, but drinking LOTS more water seems to have made the asthma almost disappear totally. The claim is that drinking lots more water can help all kinds of problems -- for example, some of the illnesses mentioned on the web site which can be helped are: heartburn, arthritis, back pain, migraines, high blood pressure, adult-onset diabetes, and so on.... What I want to ask is, does anyone else have any experience with this? I honestly do think it seems to work for asthma, at least in my case, but I'd like to know any other feedback others may have regarding this. Have you heard anything about it, or has it helped you or someone you know? I've linked to the site I'm referring to below.... Thanks! - Dien The Water Cure web site |
