![]() That is a great workbook idea! One rut I have is mental. I guess you'd call them "thinking ruts".
For example, certian things happen to me in life and it triggers something like a "tape" in my head, and unless I catch it and turn it off, and mentally shift to another thought or way of thinking, old patterns of feelings and actions take place, causing another rut and on and on it goes. > As we're assembling the workbook for 10 > DAYS TO GET OUT OF YOUR RUT AND INTO YOUR > GROOVE we've identified several ruts. Eating because of your rut. > being overweight. > lonliness. > unproductive activity. > exhaustion. > surfing the same old-same old web sites. > hiding out. > taking hot baths while a 1001 scented > candles light up your little bathroom, all > the while nibbling on London's chocolates? > (Well some ruts are better than others, eh?) > ADD whatever RUT you can think of here: > Thanks. > Gordon (The RUT Bustin) Alexander |
