The Rugged Majestic Coastline.

Have you ever had so many ideas running through your head you find it hard to concentrate on just one?

I think I know the answer to that question for many of you.

Michael Ross posted about it below. How sometimes he just wants to run off and dig a hole for someone for a few bucks to "Center" himself again.

I personally have boxes and binders full of notebooks and ideas I've written over the years.

I was born in a small fishing town in Newfoundland, Canada. When I was 16, I had this idea to put ads in newspapers in the larger cities and offer boat tours along the rugged coastline.

That was 18 years ago when the fishing industry was booming and being in a boat was associated with work, not pleasure. I went to my Dad with the idea and he laughed. I went to my brother with the idea and he laughed too.

So I gave up on the idea.

Now that the fishing industry in newfoundland is practically nonexistant due to overfishing and strict government regulations, I bet there are a lot of people who aren't laughing.

100,000 boats sitting tied up to docks with payments as big as mortgages, and no income being earned...

This would probably be an excellent time to get into the tourism business there... cheap boats, cheap real estate, rugged majestic coastline, incredibly nice people... Hmmm...

Since then, the ideas have been flowing fast and furious... so fast in fact that it's distracting and inhibiting sometimes.

So something that works for me is to have about three projects on the go at once.

3 at once you say? How about "Focus" you ask?

It seems that having a number of things happening at once keeps it interesting for me. I don't know how else to explain it.

So now I have 3 new infoproducts ready to be released in the next 2 weeks or so.

And hey, if they do well, maybe I'll retire, go back home to Newfoundland and cruise up and down the coastline for a while... to "Center" myself again.
