Blind leading the Blind

This is what I have decided to do. Being new with an Internet Venture I've notice there are plenty of short comings and the obvious one is there are too many "marketing gurus" to learn from.
I believe it will be an asset to gather as many "marketing guru resources" as possible in one directory or site.
After doing a little research, a Newbie to an Internet Venture would need 5 major elements to start an Internet Venture.

Element 1: An Idea or a Product to sell.
Sub Elements in Element 1 will be:
1.1 To create, develop or locate the idea.
1.2 To obtain the knowledge to research on the idea (research i.e. market needs, competition, pricing, etc)
1.3 To obtain the tools to research on the idea.
1.4 To evaluate the results of the idea.
1.5 Set your mind and work on the idea

Element 2: Developing your idea
Sub Elements in Element 2 will be:
2.1 To obtain the knowledge to develop your idea.
2.2 Research on the tools to develop your idea.
2.3 Evaluate your tools before developing your idea.
2.4 Investing in the tools to develop your idea.
2.5 Developing your idea

Element 3: Testing your Idea
Sub Elements in Element 3 will be:
3.1 To obtain the knowledge to test your idea
3.2 Evaluate the tools and methods of testing your idea
3.3 Investing in your tools to test your idea
3.4 Evaluating your test results
3.5 Fine tuning your idea

Element 4: Advertising, Promoting and Marketing your idea
Sub Elements in Element 4 will be:
4.1 To obtain the knowledge on how to APM your idea
4.2 Evaluate the tools and cost to APM your idea
4.3 Test available tools to APM your idea
4.4 Invest in the right tools to APM your idea
4.5 APM your idea

Element 5: Create a Recurring, Residual Income with your idea
Sub Elements in Element 5 will be:
5.1 To obtain knowledge on executing RRI
5.2 To obtain knowledge on tools of RRI
5.3 Evaluate the right tools of RRI
5.4 Investing in the tools for RRI
5.5 Developing your RRI

I understand there are vast information on the above topics, and I cant guarantee that I'll manage to provide all in my site, more so that I am providing them for free, but I believe from time to time more links, free downloadable e-books, newsletters, e-zines and reports will be added on.
I plan to write to a selective group of "marketing gurus" and "tool developers" as to contribute their resources and expertise in return for "free advertisements".
As to earn an income I intend to be an affiliate to these contributors.
As a Newbie Internet Entrepreneur I believe "Affiliate programs" will be advisable for me. Its definitely low risk and low losses (if there is to be one) and a good learning experience for me before I venture into a larger scale.
I have time with me and I believe with plenty of hard work and personal touch "A Blind will be able to lead a Blind".

I welcome comments and feedbacks on my idea, more so if you could "add on" more elements and sub elements which I could share with all Newbie Internet Entrepreneurs.
