Where do business ideas come from?

Business ideas can come from anywhere! As you may know, Michael Ross and I put out The Great Ideas Letter to simplify the process of finding good businesses which you can start with little or no money down. (Why not check it out and subscribe?)

I hesitated to post about this article - I know it will turn some people off. (It grossed ME out!) BUT it's fascinating with some good business lessons....

When you read this, notice WHERE this guy got his business idea - from a (quite gross) scene in a movie.

What does this guy do? His business is crime scene clean-ups.... You've seen the scenes in the movies - blood spattered everywhere, you know the story.

This is NOT a business I would choose to do - but still an interesting article! And the key is - it serves a real need, and solves a real problem....

(If this really turns you off, please don't read the article.... It's not my thing either, actually, but this seemed so unusual I thought I'd post it....)
