![]() In an interview I conducted with author and Internet guru M.J. Rose for Scripted Minds she told me that she believes that print on demand technology will change publishing. And now they have new technologies coming out like the CD-R business card, the Rocket Ebook (if they can ever get the reader produced to meet demand), and the iomega tiny little zip disk. I believe that not only will these new delivery methods and products affect a great deal about how we read books, but in time they may eliminate printed words altogether. How long do you believe that this will take in the marketplace? How long before people start getting rich off the idea of the digital word (I mean rich as in a "critcal mass" movement)?
