One would expect a professional librarian to have good citations and resources, and this book does not disappoint. It is like a swiss army knife of PERSUSION and covers advertising, psychology, politics, popular culture.

It is now on my BOOK OF THE YEAR list. Of all the suggestions I've made this past year, get this one today.
