Others have had their attention perked up, wondering what's next...

Like it or not, vegetarianism and veganism are increasing in popularity, with more and more people becoming vegetarians or vegans. There are increasingly more vegetarian and vegan restaurant options, and increasingly more restaurants around which are fully vegetarian or vegan...

As for me... I'm a die-hard meat eater, but don't mind the occasional vegetarian dish! Some vegetarian foods are even delicious!

One business has jumped on this trend... with their dairy-free vegan avocado ice-cream!

The base is not milk or cream... but avocados! Probably healthier than normal ice-cream (I'm guessing)... You might find it in your local "healthy" grocery store (in the USA).
