![]() Here is a truth, but may not be a fact...many persuaders, influencers and salespeople know more about other people than they do themselves.
The SQ1 flips this, it is a tool FIRST, for self understanding and THEN, a guide for successful interactions with others. If you are a student of marketing history, you'll find the industry full of scoundrels, crooks, felons, and cheats. Yea, some make a lot of money...Bernie Madoff and Jeffrey Epstein were both very rich men. Others, lionized the buck, made the dollar the god of their shrine and the convoluted thought, which runs rampant today is one of self delusion and goes something like this: I'm making a lot of money. People are buying my stuff, investing in me...therefore, I MUST be providing value to them. And they are BELIEVERS of this. It may be top of the mind for most IM gurus, who are sending out emails every day. TRUTH is, very few of their followers do make money, like Madoff's FIRST IN LINE, who were used to catfish the rest, and these are often the first testimonials you see. These are rigged more than a Georgia election, and many early onboard a new wave are innocent and/or ignorant of being used. Anyhow, there are legitimate ways to influence and persuade, but my contention is the first person one needs to influence is HIM/HER SELF, and to have an understanding of what brought them to this moment of time, and what actions will take them to their future. If anyone wants to know more about the GJA SQ1, ask now, or forever hold your tongue. Gordon |
