Gordon, that's an interesting comment.... I think the reason why this is so hard for many people is that they lack SALES experience! I know that one piece of advice you've given many times over and over is to GET sales experience! Now, my sales experience is small (but at least it's not zero).... and I know you can't make a sale unless you ASK for it. And it's true in print too.... You have to ASK for the order....
