Want to start radio show

I run a political website and want to expand into the radio market. I've spoken to multiple shortwave stations and have secured airtime provided I can come up with an initial $700. Once on the air, I have several partnerships set up where we well sell products on the air and keep a percentage of the profits - this will pay for future airtime.
