Gordon, I think a Finder's Fees study group would be a great resource! I know (since I'm just starting out) that it sometimes can be tough to find leads, and a study group would make the process easier and smoother.... It would be great added value to the course!

I'm glad you liked my post on COULD and WOULD - I noticed you always use WILL and WOULD in your posts.... Man, I've only just figured this out, but already the ideas have already started to blossom! Just in the past few days, I've had so many money making ideas, things I know I'm WILLing to do..... I know it sounds a bit corny, but saying "How WILL I _____ ?" instead of "How CAN I _______" (as I used to do) REALLY seems to make a HUGE difference to me, anyhow!
