When I was selling frozen meat by the case from a back of a pick-up in Toledo OH. I did OK. No selling experience. Just knock on the door and say... "Do you like steak"? Then I'd wing it from there. I was moderately successful. About a hundred bucks a day. That lasted until I realized the product was garbage... then I bailed. Sure coulda used a selling system. They didn't teach us anything other than to knock on 100 doors a day. Brings back memories. Thanks Gordon. I'm off to my meeting with the pizza guys. Cheers. Joe Delbecq |
