Video Taping at July 5th Bash

For those of you attending the July 5th bash in Northeast Ohio, as you may know, we are planning to video tape the proceedings including the "brainstorming" session. I will be doing the taping on my miniDV camcorder and later editing it with digital editing software. I will edit as little as possible so that we don't miss any of the awesome information that will be revealed.

What you may *not* know is that you'll be able to get a FREE copy, (well it will cost you a blank tape - more on that in a moment), of the edited video once it's completed.

Here are the details:

1. If you want a copy of the video once it's done, you simply need to give me a blank miniDV tape or VHS tape depending on what you want. This is assuming we can get it down to 90 minutes. It might require 2 tapes but I will let you know. No sense in giving me the tapes until we get the editing done. The benefit of having it on miniDV as opposed to VHS is that you will have a digital master. There is *no* generation loss when I copy from the computer to the miniDV tape. When I go to VHS there is. With the miniDV tape you would also be able to master your own copies much more cleanly.

2. You'll need to pay shipping, (which won't be much), to receive your tape(s).

3. Gordon and I will own the copyright to the compilation just like any seminar. However, you will receive a release allowing you to use it in your own marketing any way you like *as long as* the copyright isn't violated.

4. We will have release forms available at the bash. If you do not wish to appear in the video or you do not wish to have your information made available, (in which case we would edit you out - and we're not doing 20 versions of this *g*), you will be able to opt-out. (Though I can't *imagine* why anyone would not to take advantage of this great opportunity to receive and be involved with a FREE information product.)

5. For the "brainstorming" session, we would like each of the participants, (which is anybody who wants to), to speak briefly on their "area." Then we'll open it up to questions. Each person will have some time limit which will be determined by the number of participants and the time available. We'll probably also have some general questions for everyone to kick around. I'll be getting something put together for that. But I don't want you think this is a panel or a hotseat or anything like that. This will be pretty informal.

6. Why would I do this at no charge? Well, I get a FREE information product just like you do. Besides. It's also one way of saying thanks for all your support to me and the "10 Days" website.
