question on fulfillment centers

I have a pressing question/problem...fulfillment centers...
It is a jungle out there and hundreds if not thousands of companies to pick from. Now I have gotten to the crossroads. I like to work the net but I am thinking of off-line marketing with ads and a fulfillment center. I like one in the Sacramento valley or bay area. I don't have a credit card processing account and if I play my cards right I won't have to get one. I just use (out-source) the work to 1-800 number and cc processing. This way I can be on the Internet and off-line for the same product! Can someone think of a good fulfillment center that won't compromise me and rob me blind. Also what percentage of my price should I be prepared to give up. I assume there is a monthly fee as well.
