Site Review - I'm not getting any sales....

Hi to all,

I would like to start marketing my new website, but first I would like to have a few reviews about it and see what changes could and should be made to get better results, any suggetions will be welcome.

Update: 12/14 - I've had my site up for a week now, I've received about 150 visitors, basically all generated from Google. Only 1 signup for my newsletter and not even one sale... will this really work? Any body got any idea of what I can do to get better results and the best way to promote it without selling the farm?
