I live in Australia and have been trying to deal with a company for over a week now with no luck. I paid to upgrade the $5 Solution program to hopefully get some extra cash benefits but during the upgrade procedure, after paying, my computer froze, I lost my connection and the upgrade form. I assumed they would contact me to complete the process but they did not so I emailed them. Nothing in return. I emailed again- still nothing so went to the website and used their online support form and still nothing. Did this again and told them I would be requesting a refund if I heard nothing but still nthing after 6 contacts by myself. Am at a wits end and wondered what people suggest I do. Is there a place I can go to to try and enforce my refund or am I stuck with trying to contact them? Any help will be gratefully accepted as I can ill afford to just "throw" money away. |
