Hotsheets.info Available for Free to the person with the Best Idea

I had registered hotsheets.info from 1and1.com when they had a .info deal going on. Haven't had time to do anything with the domain.

So am willing to give it away for free to the person who:

i. Has an idea to use that domain
ii. And has time to develop a website

You will have to pay the transfer fees when the domain is transfered from my name to yours. That also renews the domain for a year though.

You won't be paying me any money.

The best answer that I receive before 5th July will get the domain. (I'll be the sole judge. Criteria: how realistic is the idea and what are the chances of it succeeding.)
