Need examples of offline lead-generation ads (display or classified)

Hi all,

Per the title, I'm looking to compile some lead generation ads from offline sources. They can be either classified or display.

More specifically I'm looking for lead-gen ads for Arthritis sufferers, but I realise that this might narrow my options down a bit, so really anything that's a successful (i.e. multiple insert) ad should have a good structure that I can swipe.

Can anyone recommend publications where I can get copies of good, offline lead generation adverts???

I am based in the UK so I don't know what titles in the USA I should be looking at. I do however have a brother in Miami who can send me the publications, but I just need to know what titles to get.

Any recommendations???
