Shoe Thrown At GW Bush - Security Pathetic

Number one, how did he manage to get a shot in?

Number two, how did he manage his second throw?

Number three, after the second shoe why did it still take almost three seconds for someone else (W's body guard?) to come near the podium to Protect him?

I can imagine some serious chewing out going on over this one.
