Something I've been trying lately is to put myself in the other person's shoes. Pretend I'm the other person -- if I were them, how would I react? It's always good to try to see the other person's side.... (This is also true in an argument too.... If you can see the other person's point of view, you can probably help resolve the conflict....) I don't know what my answer to Michael Ross's puzzle would be.... this is something I'd have to think about...! Dien |
