I happened to watch a video the other day and was introduced to the work of Dr. Caroline Leaf.

She is a neuroscientist who has studied the brain and how it works for many years. Her findings were extremely eye-opening to me.

There are a number of things to do to help us learn better, use our brains more effectively, and just think better.

I am very pleased with what i have found out so far.

Maybe this weekend, I can get into this. IF you have the book you linked to, I want to ask a favor.

Turn to page 56. Write out the second and third sentences of the first paragraph, it begins: "As information in the form of..."

I'll ask you to think about this. See, she skims over, out of necessity. some of that CREB function, it gets very medical/scientific/specific...but in this part she reinforces so much of what the New Age and so-called "woo-hoo" types have been saying for a century, our thoughts Effect us...and then take a look at the SQ1, and I think you'll have another Ah Ha moment.

If interested, I'll share some of what I left out of Psychic Cosmic Gaze, which is exactly HOW, along with (in magician terms) misdirection (ala Glenn Osborn and big pink bears or bright red clown noses) is used to bypass RAS and project "thoughts" directly into others.

Gordon,

Haven't yet got the book, but have looked at a couple of her videos. I agree with getting rid of toxic thinking.... it just hampers you from thinking clearly about what you are doing.

I intend to look more into this as the days progress.
